We are donating 50% of all net proceeds from our orders to the National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA)! This donation will be made on a quarterly basis throughout the year (to align with tax schedule).
You may upload images or designs that you own or have permission to use. Please do not upload copyrighted characters, logos, brands, celebrities, or offensive or illegal content. All uploads are subject to review. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate our guidelines.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund when appropriate!
Because each item is made to order, all custom products are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
No, the pass must be purchased separately.
Custom sleeves typically takes 10-14 business days. Pre-made sleeves ship within 1-5 business days. Please note that business days are defined as 9am-5pm PST, so if your order is placed after hours the countdown starts the following day.
Shipping is done via USPS First Class Mail and takes 1-5 business days, varying by location. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
No, you will receive a notification when your order has shipped, but since it travels via standard USPS First Class mail, there is no tracking code. Please expect up to 5 business days to arrive once shipped.

USPS does that sometimes! Please reach out as soon as you can if you're in need of your order urgently. I recommend triple checking the address before reaching out, as sometimes a missing apartment # can be the culprit.
If you have time to spare before your trip, some orders have either bounced back to my PO box (which I immediately re-package and ship) or arrived at the customers mailbox up to 2 weeks after shipping.
